We recently completed our company’s largest‑ever project, the High Coast Cluster wind farm—delivering 80 turbines through the Ports of Härnösand and Köpmanholmen. Our mission included:

Together with Hanman Marine Ltd, our seasoned marine surveyors performed meticulous vessel discharge inspections at both Härnösand and Köpmanholmen ports, ensuring every turbine component was unloaded correctly and preserved in top condition. Our cargo surveys verified cargo quantity, quality, and secure handling from vessel to storage. These efforts were critical to safeguarding the integrity and efficiency of the logistics flow.

Port Logistics Management & Optimized Storage Layouts

At both ports, we implemented high-resolution drone mapping to capture real-time aerial views of all storage zones. These data-rich maps allowed us to design intelligent storage layout planning, preventing logistical bottlenecks and improving spatial efficiency. As part of our port logistics management, we meticulously coordinated each vessel’s discharge sequence, ensuring seamless cargo movement and optimized staging.

Drone Mapping Enhanced Efficiency & Visibility

Employing our drone mapping workflow provided us with precise, real-time insights into port operations. This enabled proactive identification of congestion points, spatial inefficiencies, and traffic issues—empowering us to adjust storage plans swiftly and maintain an uninterrupted logistics cadence.

Environmental Compliance & Collaborative Operations

We partnered with PSI Clean to execute component washing operations within port limits, adhering to stringent environmental regulations and working within limited space. Our well-coordinated efforts with all port stakeholders ensured that environmental safeguards were upheld without disrupting freight schedules or logistics processes.
